  • Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, with original price tag, poly bag, and invoice.
  • Unboxing video required for exchanges.
  • Return and Exchange shipping charges are applicable, must be borne by the customer.
  • Replacement will be delivered in 5 business days (courier timelines apply).
  • No returns/exchanges for: Socks, Inner wears, Underwear & Boxers
  • Returns and exchanges are not free, as we send items according to the size chart, so if there is a size issue, the customer must pay the applicable courier and shipping charges.

Cancellation

  • Can be cancelled anytime before shipping.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may refuse delivery.
  • Refund will be processed (shipping & COD charges deducted) once we receive the product back at our warehouse.

Refunds

  • Refund Processed within 2 business days after quality check.
  • Original Payment Method (within 7 business days, depending on your bank)

Damaged or Incorrect Products
