T2G offers paid shipping for all prepaid orders within India. If you choose Cash On Delivery (COD), a standard fee of Rs.49 will be applied. Please note that once an order is placed, we do not permit any modifications to the order or shipping address.
Upon confirming your payment, our operations team promptly processes and ships your order. Our goal is to ensure that your product reaches you within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. However, delivery times may vary based on your location and accessibility, and in some cases, it may take longer.
At this time, T2G exclusively delivers products within India. You can place an order from anywhere in the world, but kindly ensure that the delivery address is within India. Please be aware that our courier partners may not service certain pin codes. If your pin code falls into this category, we will notify you accordingly.
We kindly request that you do not make any additional payments to our courier staff, as all charges are already included in your invoice amount.
