Cancellation, Refunds & Payments Policy
  • All returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of your order's delivery. When returning or exchanging items, please ensure that they are in their original condition, with the price tag and clear poly bag intact, and include the original invoice.
  • Customers can cancel their order before the shipping status is updated. Once the shipping is processed, customers cannot cancel their order. However, they have the option to refuse to receive the product at the time of delivery. After receiving the product at our warehouse, T2G will initiate the refund amount with the deduction of the shipping and COD charges. The refund will be processed within 2 business days from the day of receiving the goods at the warehouse. Depending on customer preference, refund payments will be credited to their wallet or issued as a redeemable coupon immediately. Or, the amount will be credited to their original mode of payment, subject to bank working days.
  • If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us promptly via email at support@t2gshopping.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. We will arrange for a return pickup and offer to replace the items (subject to availability) or issue a full refund. For returns other than damaged or incorrect items, you will need to ship the product back to the return address at your own expense.

  • Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality check, we will provide you with a T2G Online Store Credit (redeemable online only) or process a refund.
  • Please note that cash refunds are not available for sale items or discounted products. Instead, we will issue an Online Store Credit of equal value to the price paid. Refunds for Cash On Delivery (COD) transactions will also be processed in the form of Online store credit.

  • Discount coupons are non-transferable and hold no cash value. They cannot be exchanged for cash under any circumstances.

  • Please be aware that there are no return or exchange options available for socks, Inner wears, Under wears and boxers.

  • Refunds for Fresh Merchandise will be credited to the customer's bank account within the time frame stipulated by the bank. T2G reserves the right to process refunds based on the product's quality inspection.

  • Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
