Returns & Exchanges
- Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with original price tag, poly bag, and invoice.
- Unboxing video required for exchanges.
- Return and Exchange shipping charges are applicable, must be borne by the customer.
- Replacement will be delivered in 5 business days (courier timelines apply).
- No returns/exchanges for: Socks, Inner wears, Underwear & Boxers
Cancellation
- Can be cancelled anytime before shipping.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may refuse delivery.
- Refund will be processed (shipping & COD charges deducted) once we receive the product back at our warehouse.
Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Email us support@t2gshopping.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a return pickup and Replace the item (if in stock), or Issue a full refund as per our terms and conditions.
- For other returns, customers must ship the product at their own cost.
