Returns & Exchanges
- Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, with original price tag, poly bag, and invoice.
- Unboxing video required for exchanges.
- Replacement will be delivered in 5 business days (courier timelines apply).
- No returns/exchanges for: Socks, Innerwears, Underwear & Boxers
Cancellation
- Can be cancelled anytime before shipping.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, but you may refuse delivery.
- Refund will be processed (shipping & COD charges deducted) once we receive the product back at our warehouse.
Refunds
- Refund Processed within 2 business days after quality check.
- Original Payment Method (within 7 business days, depending on your bank)
- Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- Email t2gshopping@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a return pickup and Replace the item (if in stock), or Issue a full refund.
- For other returns, customers must ship the product at their own cost.
